I can’t say enough about Dr. Potts! He is/was a Godsend! I was experiencing chronic shoulder dislocation. I went online and Googled the top 10 orthopedic surgeons in Atlanta, then narrowed it to the top 5. Of the top 5, my spirit chose him before I researched him. Dr. Potts is everything the bio states and more. He had to do extensive repairs to my right shoulder, now I call my right shoulder, “bionic!” A few years later, February 2024, Dr. Potts repaired 2 tears in the rotator cuff of my left shoulder. It’s on the way to being bionic as well. I’m so grateful for the work he’s done, considering my age. If it’s an orthopedic issue that you are experiencing, Dr. Potts is the person you want to see.

My first visit & it was great! I did my paperwork online before my appointment date. Quick easy & friendly check in! Caring & professional. I was seen very quickly & no waiting behind a closed door wondering if you have been forgotten about! Lol! But you know what I mean. Dr. Christopher is extremely friendly & made me feel comfortable upon contact as well as all of the Dr. assistants that helped Mr from check in to taking xrays to the beautiful young lady who checked me out! I am BIG on presentation & customer care/focus. Excellent in all areas! Thank you!

Dr. Potts is a phenomenal surgeon and doctor. He is caring and wants to help in the least invasive ways possible. When surgery is needed, he is TOP NOTCH! Dr. Potts has operated on both knees, providing much relief!

Recently I injured my knee while running. Dr. Potts office quickly put me on his schedule. My appointment was just over an hour and in that time they listened to my concerns, took X-rays and gave me a realistic noninvasive treatment plan. Dr. Potts and his entire team were compassionate and attentive. They listened to me when I said it is important to me to stay active. My goals became theirs. Thank you!

Dr. Potts took the time to listen and understand my concerns. He also offered options and sound advice around them. Next steps for me are an MRI and we'll see where that takes us next.

I have been to at least 7 specialists since May of 2022. My diagnosis ranged from Baker's Cyst and nerve damage, to osteoporosis and full knee replacement, even though MRI revealed meniscus tear. Dr. Potts explained my issue clearly, revealed that the arthritis was minimal and offered to repair the meniscus.

Dr. Potts is fantastic! Along with being an expert in his field, he is also kind and has a great bedside manner!! He makes sure the patient understands their injury and all of the options. I drive 90 minutes to see Dr. Potts - that's how much I trust him! Due to a complex medical history, I am a regular at his office...I always have an issue. I am scheduled for shoulder surgery next summer and am in need of knee surgery currently. I will continue to return to Dr. Potts for all of my orthopedic needs!

I've had a complex medical history and starting with new doctors is not typically something I look forward to. Dr. Potts was a welcome surprise. I had already researched him to know of his medical capabilities, but it was nice to see his humanness and witness him treating his patients with dignity as well.
